My granddaughter is a Resident There and recently was in a near fatal car accident that left her with Severe Injuries which includes a leg /Foot Amputation. I reached out to The Apartment Requesting A lower Unit. I was talk to verbally very rude by The Office Staff . The units are rat infested.Do you have experience with HIGHLAND PARK APARTMENTS?
