Comment from Mike on 2014-12-15 21:29:00: I only pay $325 per month, which is 30 percent of my monthly income to live in a studio unit here at Commonwealth. Electricity is free. Janitorial and maintenance is very good. The managers are very friendly. It is located on the north edge of Lincoln Park where there are beautiful people walking, running and biking all day.
