Comment from Josh on 2022-01-12 10:39:55: My mother lives here and has for at least 10 years. Her car was towed out of the parking lot because her “tags were expired.” The only notice that was given was a notification on the car. My mom has been in the hospital and rarely uses her car. There should be no reason she cannot have her car in a parking spot at her apartment that she lives at and pays for. I know for a fact that the office has her license plate number and knows it is hers yet towed it anyway. I called the office and they would do absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. Luckily, the towing company was compassionate and was able to cut us a break. Sand creek apartments could have literally taken 5 minutes to figure out the situation and use some compassion. We are in the middle of a pandemic and this is what they do. Tow a woman’s car who pays her rent and should have the ability to park her car in the parking lot without getting towed. Also let’s not ignore the fact that some of the people who live in these apartments are disabled in one form or another including my mother. There was no empathy or compassion in the decision making of sand creek regarding this situation. I am infuriated.Do you have experience with SANDCREEK APARTMENTS? Add your review/comment here
