The community has 50 one-bedroom apartments in a three-story building within a residential neighborhood. The campus offers ample outdoor space with large landscaped areas and a walking path. We are located near Boise’s largest shopping area and a major food chain. Apartment Amenities: Complete kitchen with full size electric stove and refrigerator; Carpet in living and bedroom – large windows in both bedroom and living with mini blinds; Individual climate control, which includes paid heat and air conditioning; A limited number of accessible apartments for the mobility impaired. Community Amenities and Services: Full time management and maintenance staff; Community Room for regularly scheduled activities; On-site laundry room; Exercise Room; After hours electronically controlled building access; Large library; TV Room with puzzles and game area; Computer Room with Wi Fi; Nearby shopping opportunities, restaurants and readily accessible public transportation; Community Patio areas, with BBQ accessibility; Raised garden boxes for residents.
