Comment from Phillip C. Ragon on 2022-01-12 10:32:58: I have been trying to contact the manager in Oil City for 2 months now and requested a call back. No response. I need to get in my relatives apartment to get his personal belongings from his room. He has moved to a different location and has no clothes or any of his personal belongings. If this is the way they run the place I will never recommend this facility for anyone.
