Comment from Anon on 2024-10-04 00:18:07: The land lord here is a horrible man, he abuses his powers and violates his end of the lease often, while his house always gets fancy things from the current year some folks are sitting on kitchens, carpets, and more that are 10-20 years old. Not I mention he hates animals and there welfare he has his favorites and bullies long term residents and retaliates if you speak up. As well as dictates a lot of things like even if it’s 90 degrees out no ACs can be put in till his say. He let’s people deal drugs out of there houses and burn things. He’s in it for the money and few housing otherwise he doesn’t care about his tenants do not ever live hear. If you hear good reviews just know those are the ones he’s paying off and letting do anything they want. If I could I’d give this negative stars.
