Comment from shardanae pinson on 2014-12-28 02:33:12: I have been living in Bancroft for over a year now and I absolutely hatE it. aside from all the shooting in drama the manager and maintenance men do not care enough for the property or the people renting. since before I moved in here over a year ago tenants have been complaining about bed bugs and roaches for a long time. even though it may be at in a person's best interest to move out, everybody can't afford to move at the drop of a dime, not me. I can't afford to move but somebody needs to get to these apartment walkthrough and properly exterminate all these apartments so that people and their kids can live comfortably in home. when I first moved in this apartment all my couches and beds was brand new within a 1 to 2 weeks I was getting bit by bed bug. I have brought this to the attention of miss Marla and she just kept getting my apartment spray but it is not helping. I admit for a month for a couple of months I thought the problem was solved until I was seen bed bugs again and being bit. my 2 year old son is also suffering this uncomfortable on stable condition from these bed bug bites. yes they do come in exterminate or spray every other Friday but the problem still persists they need to pull up the carpet and spray inside these walls. this is unbearable and I am now in doing everything in my power to try and get a transfer or come up with money to move the hell out of here. Its now 3:15 a.m. And I have been waking up out of my sleep at about 2 30 by the bites of a bed bugs on the back of my left shoulder and I had not seen or been bitten by a bed bug in over 2 month. someone needs to get to the bottom of this issue very quickly.
