Unlike an assisted living or nursing home, Marywood does not provide resident care. Our community is designed to give individuals access to affordable, quality apartments with a variety of services, amenities, and active lifestyle opportunities available. Our safe, maintenance-free building is nestled in a wooded area across from St. Mary’s Catholic Church and just minutes from shopping, restaurants, doctors’ offices, and hospitals. Residents and guests of Marywood enjoy a variety of on-site features and amenities, including: Large community room and kitchen for group events; Comfortable lounges and lobbies; Outdoor patios and gazebo; Landscaped grounds; Resident library and computer lab; Complimentary WiFi in common areas; On-site beauty parlor/barber shop; Multiple laundry rooms located in the building; Convenient, weekly transportation on our community minibus; 24-hour emergency response service; Special events, entertainment, and educational opportunities offered throughout the year; Small pets welcome (inquire for restrictions). Marywood is also fortunate to have a Service Coordinator on-site and Emergency Staff response service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
