Comment from Dawn Lenhardt on 2024-10-03 17:30:51: My mother lives in Holly Courts and has had a horrible time with all of the renovations. Once she was able to move back into her renovated apartment, things were wrong and not up to code but no one did anything about it. Now, more than 6 months after moving back in, they are going to come in and fix all the stuff that should have been corrected PRIOR to her moving in. Now she has to deal with a mess in her shower and kitchen since the shower was not installed properly and the kitchen cabinets need to be removed. It is a nightmare. And they are not going to discount her rent for THEIR mistake. I am going to contact corporate head quaters and I will even go to the news if I have to. No one should have to deal with all of the stuff she has had to deal with for the past year and a half, especially elderly people. No one seems to care here.
