Details: Leisure Park Towers was established in 1979 to provide quality low income housing for the elderly and disabled through the Section 8 Program (rent based on income). We are a 150 unit, high-rise building located in the heart of Bristol, VA. The property consists of 141 one-bedroom units and 9 two-bedroom units of which 18 are retrofitted for disabled residents. The management staff includes: a Manager, Assistant manager, on-site Night Manager, and Maintenance Technicians. Unit amenities include: refrigerator, range, HVAC, water heater, emergency cords in the bedroom and bath and monitored smoke detectors in each unit. Resident activities: Bingo every Monday evening, Pot Luck twice a month, Prayer Meeting bi-weekly on Thursday evening, and Produce on-site every Thursday.
