Comment from Heather Handley on 2022-04-12 11:39:00: 3 minutes agoNEW The place needs to be torn down and redone, my floors are falling through and they put plywood on them over 3yrs ago and still not fixed. The windows need to be redone to be up to codes. The place is eat up with mold and mildew and everytime it is cleaned off the corners of my kids bedroom walls and ceiling it comes back we stay sick with upper respiratory infections they have been notified about all of this many of times and nothing gets fixed. Maintenance is even said theirselves that our floors need to be fixed the inside of the air ducts need to be cleaned and the office fails to have anything done and always just puts it off and says there is nothing maintenance can do about it.Do you have experience with RIDGEBROOK APARTMENTS?
