The management in the office are so mean and once they start giving you lease violations you will continue to get them until they have legal grounds to evict you. They don't even hesitate to evict you. I payed my rent late a few times but within the same month of it being due and because I was unemployed at the time. They told me if I payed late one more time then they were going to start the process of evicting me.....Ana and Evelyn are only there because it is a job. I have heard them treat people like absolute crap and evict people based on biased testimony of disgruntled neighbors. Families and children are evicted from here like it is a popular fashion....Makes me sick......
