Comment from day835 on 2014-12-28 03:29:43: We lived for so many years but get very little maintenance. Bathroom, kitchen and carpet are never changed since the apartment is built which is over 35 years old. Everything is so old. Especially, a very old type Heater runs but still so cold downstairs during cold season and so hot upstairs during hot season. There are so many hidden hollows which allow air to escape out and in. so you just end up paying a high electric and gas bills. The carpet is so old and not gets better when tried to wash. If you asked for maintenances, they seems not happy for it, and may show up after asked for about 4x or more just for cheapest one, not for the healthy one that more important for the tenants. The good sides are close to express way; less crime or feel safe somehow comparing with others; close to business or accesses; restaurants and these are somehow keeps you to stay.Do you have experience with TOWNHOUSE SQUARE?
