Details: Towne Creek Apartments is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired. Our residents actively participate in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is on site to assist residents in maintaining their independence and connecting them with services available to meet their needs. Pets are welcomed but require a deposit and there are size limitations. Towne Creek Apartments is a smoke-free community. Studio & One Bedroom Apartments Include: Bathroom with Safety Features; Full Kitchen; Utilities Included (except electricity & phone); Emergency Call System; Fire & Smoke Detectors; Individually Controlled Heat & Air Conditioning; Carpeting; Window Treatments. Building Amenities Include: On-Site Laundry Room; Individual Indoor Mailboxes; Entry Access System; Library; Community Room; Game Room; Convenient to Public Transportation; On-Site Management Staff; On-Site Maintenance Staff; Service Coordinator on Staff
