Applicants must be 62 years of age or have a handicap or disability and meet the FmHa income limit guidlines. We are an independent living facility where qualifying seniors can receive rental assistance through HUD & USDA Rural Development. SSCHI has received awards both on state and national levels through Rural Rental Housing and received a superior rating from Southwest Housing Compliance Corp. & HUD.
