Details: Pecan Place Apartments is a well-maintained community consisting of ten, one-story buildings on a three-acre site. Seven of the buildings consist of four, cottage-style apartments; while two buildings are long, side-by-side apartments; and the tenth building houses a laundry, community room, manager’s office/apartment, and a lovely patio for residents and visitors to enjoy. This community is for residents who are a minimum of 62 years of age, or who are mobility impaired as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Residents can use the para-transit shuttle which provides transportation to grocery stores, shopping areas, banks, medical appointments, and the downtown area. Pets are welcomed but a deposit is required and there are size limitations. Our Residents actively participate in RHF’s Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for resident’s personal needs. Pecan Place is a smoke-free community.
