Our one and two-bedroom apartments are complete with kitchen appliances, abundant cupboard and closet spaces, and even a private back porch to relax outdoors if you choose. The bathroom facilities include a shower and full tub with secure bars for safety. Seton Village is owned by the Catholic Diocese and is managed by the Diocesan Bureau of Housing as a HUD Section 8 subsidized independent living community. Rent is based on 30% of one’s income and includes all utilities (heat, hot water, electricity, and sewer). Lawn maintenance and driveway plowing is also included.
