Each of the 36 studio and 12 one-bedroom apartments are fully applianced and feature large picture windows providing natural light. Residents have access to a library, club room and outdoor deck. Methodist Conference Home is in walking distance of restaurants, the Rockland Public Library, churches and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Our service enriched housing community at the Methodist Conference Home offers: Onsite dining communal meals. The resident will be responsible for preparing some of their own weekly meals; Weekly shopping trip to local supermarket and Wal-Mart; Weekly grocery shopping service. An Enhanced Living Program is offered on the second floor of Methodist Conference Home for eligible applicants/residents requiring a comprehensive package of support services to help maintain their independence. Residents must be 62 or older or an adult with a disability. Rent is income based and applicants must meet income guidelines.
