Comment from Dinorah Guillen-Bido on 2014-12-18 03:41:34: September 26, 2013 Someone needs to step up and inspect Cambridge Square Apartments in Hollywood FL. I’ve been living here for 1.5 years now and this property is poorly maintained. There have been issues with authorities coming in. I witness a women hanging out a 2nd floor window asking for help, human feces in the third floor hall way for days because when I called the office they said it was not an emergency, so the feces stayed on the hallway for 3 days before they cleaned it up, an afternoon mugging , these all in my building which is 6731 Johnson Street. There is constant urine smells in the hallways and elevator. There is drinking by children park areas. Management told me that the buildings are cleaned on a daily basis….NOT happening – hallways dirty…shopping carts scattered around. The apartment interiors are great but the property is poorly maintained. I myself have a kitchen with two different types of cabinets ---one set that was nailed in to stop it from coming apart. The ladies in the office are wonderful but in a scale of 1-10 (1) meaning ”poor” and “10” meaning “excellent”, I give it a “1”. It would be nice to see the Gene B. Glick Management Company do more inspections on these properties on a regular basis.
