Comment from Erin B on 2015-10-13 01:13:20: Typical low income property, it used to be nice, this guy, Tom is going to run it into the ground. I'm sure were he to be investigated he'd be found to be guilty of a multitude of HUD violations. There is a rapid and constant turnover due largely in part to his unyielding pension if refusal to repair anything, yet he certainly enjoys trips abroad to Europe and the Orient, typical slumlord. There is the occasional drug deal, screaming bout, sleepovers by loser boyfriends, occasional fugitive running into the complex to evade the authorities, welfare fraud, far too numerous excuses by the ebonic speaking manager as to why repairs can't be made-"Well, you know, Tom got his note to pay.", multi shades of brown on one bldg due mismatch in paint, insect invasion consisting of but not limited to fire ants, carpenter ants, winged ants, termites, spiders, mold issues, flooding of downstairs apts. due heavy rainfall, knowing more if your neighbor's romantic life because you hear it plainly, cigarette butts and booze bottles on the ground, just to name a few.
