Each unit has individual thermostatically-controlled heating and AC system for tenant’s comfort. At Four Freedoms house of Miami Beach, the needs of our residents always come first. Our recreation room on the 15th floor serves as a conference room and it is where we hold our social and cultural activities, there is always a reason to celebrate. Our Computer center is open for all residents, includes English and computer classes by accredited instructors. We have a full time Social Worker who helps our tenants with their needs with health companies, Social Security benefits, family support, education, employment, homemaker, lease education, transportation, and meals. Also, our SC coordinates events with donations from our community partners. We celebrate each holiday season with our tenants; there is always good music, food, entertainers and fun.
