Property Description:: La Posada is senior facility conveniently located on Frederick St. near Soquel Ave. Established in 1980, our comfortable and secure facility is located in the heart of beautiful Santa Cruz. Our community is for adults 62 years of age or older and individuals that are physically challenged. We offer studios and one-bedroom apartments with private baths and kitchenettes. Our heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, cultural activities, daily activities and raised garden beds help you stay active. Enjoy a delicious continental breakfast & dinner in our central dining room. Wi-Fi is available in our central area. The complex includes laundry rooms and lounges on each floor, a large dining room. a large central lounge, a small library, an exercise room, a billards area, a lrage craft's room, a large screen television and a beauty salon! Transportation service is available for going to the grocery store, doctor's appointments and other activities. Domestic pets (under 25 lbs.) are allowed at La Posada. We do not provide assisted living services or health care. We are an independent living retirement community. We have off street parking for resident's cars. La Posada is staffed 24 Hours a Day.
