Presidio Gate Apartments is comprised of one-bedroom apartments and studios providing 24-hour security for the well being of residents. The ESC staff includes a resident manager, activities director and service coordinator who help residents connect to resources in the larger community. Other staff include maintenance and housekeeping. The property has a library, a lounge area on each floor, exercise facilities and a multipurpose (dining) room - all to make your life here exactly as you like it. Life at Presidio Gate Apartments provides opportunities for: Van transportation for weekly shopping trips, cultural events and other communal outings; Arts, crafts and education activities; Non-sectarian chapel services; Service coordination. In keeping with the Presidio Gate Apartments’ mission to serve seniors with very low incomes or disabilities, we require candidates for residency to meet certain qualifications. To qualify for residency, an applicant’s yearly income must not exceed 50% of the local median income. Rent is 30% of resident’s adjusted gross income.
