HCC works with the San Andreas Regional Center, which evaluates a client's service needs, developing an individual program plan and connecting the individual with agencies approved by the state to provide appropriate services. HCC works from an on-site office space, providing ten hours weekly and on-call emergency situations.The development is surrounded on three sides by Eden Housing's 145-unit town-home family development. Its proximity to public transportation, shopping, and the existing Eden Palms community encourage interaction with the surrounding community and promotes independence for residents able to access these opportunities. In summary, Edenvale is planned to meet the comprehensive housing and service needs of the residents for social interaction, instruction, privacy, and maximum mobility for those in wheelchairs.
