Property Description:: Fairhaven Homes is an elderly complex and is composed of two projects with one consisting of 19 units and the other 5 units. The 19 units are for 62 years of age or older and the 5 units are for 55 years of age or older. The complex also has a community room and laundry facilities. Staff and management of Fairhaven homes believe that individual is a person of dignity and worth who deserves to enjoy the highest possible quality of life. As a nonprofit provider of elderly housing, we are committed to providing quality services within a decent, safe and clean environment to all persons regardless of race, color, age, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status or area of residence.
