This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate-, middle- or low-income households. Residency at Lincoln Senior Housing requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government and the Managing Agent. Lincoln Senior Housing is a recently updated community made up of one-bedroom duplexes in three locations for residents 62 and better in Caliente, Panaca and Pioche, Nevada. These communities each have a clubhouse, laundry center, computer center, picnic/barbecue area and covered parking areas all for our residents' enjoyment and use. Lincoln Senior Housing is an USDA, Rural Development property and adheres to all non-discrimination requirements mandated by this program. Lincoln Senior Housing units were remodeled in 2016 and include window coverings, updated carpeting, ample storage and large kitchens complete with a stove and refrigerator.
