We have replaced our baseboard heaters with a thermostat controlled heat pump and A/C unit. We have added clothes washers and dryers to each apartment and we pay the water/sewer bills. We have added new upgraded appliances including: Frost Free Refrigerators, Ranges with Self Cleaning ovens, Energy Saving Dishwashers, Built in microwaves, Bathrooms have high rise toilets, Walk in / roll in showers, and grab bars. We have emergency pull cords in the bathroom and the bedroom. We have added new doors, New windows, New cabinets and New bathroom fixtures. And of course we have new carpet and fresh paint!
