Our apartment complex offers reasonably priced market rate apartments. Market rate rents range from around $495 to $1115, depending on the size of one or two bedroom apartment desired. We offer 20 HUD subsidized apartment and also accept Sioux Falls Housing Choice Vouchers. No investment, endowment or entrance fee is required for an apartment at Sunnycrest Village. Only a minimal security deposit, which becomes part of the refundable damage deposit, is required when an apartment is selected.
