Pecan Valley Apartments consists of twenty-four 1-bedroom units featuring carpeting throughout except for the kitchen and bath, mini blinds, central heat & air, and range and refrigerator. Each apartment has its own washer & dryer hook-up in the unit and a coin operated laundry facility located in the Community Building. A Site Manager lives on the property for 24 hour emergency services. The Office and Community Building is the old historic home of Doctor Smith who lived and practiced medicine in the old brick home built in 1903. The home has an upstairs residence for the Site Manager and downstairs facilities for use of the residents including a large community room, dining room, full kitchen and computer room with two computers exclusively for the use of residents with access to the internet at no charge. The Site Manager provides computer assistance free to anyone upon request.
