Residents enjoy a wide range of activities that encourage socialization in a community atmosphere. A full-time manager is on site to maintain good resident relations and ensure efficient daily operations. The maintenance staff handles general housekeeping in common areas and routine repairs to common areas and apartments. Staff is available 24 hours a day for emergency maintenance requests and assistance to paramedics and medical personnel. A service coordinator links residents to supportive services so they may continue living successfully in an independent environment.
