Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage removal. Rent is plus electric. SECURITY DEPOSIT is equal to one month’s rent. All of our two floor townhomes and suites include the following amenities: Refrigerator and range; Wall-to-wall carpeting; Private storage cubicle; Children’s play area; Basketball court; Ample parking and lighted walkways; Maintained park-like grounds; 24-hour emergency maintenance; 6-Month lease.
