The building is situated on a main bus route that can take tenants downtown, to doctor’s offices, and shopping malls. There is a shopping shuttle to the supermarket provided by the local transportation company on a weekly basis. Assistance is available for rent rebate or health-related services. Staff and medical personnel from the Visiting Nurses Association, the Aging Services, Accessibilities, Caring Hearts, and Helping Hands regularly visit the residents.
