Property Description:: This four-story apartment building is located in East Pittsburgh and consists of eight apartments with staff office on site. There are six single-occupancy and two double-occupancy apartments. Each apartment includes: individual bedroom(s), living room, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom. Laundry facilities are on site. There is also an outdoor covered patio with picnic table. Staff are on-site seven days per week, however, staff are on site less than 24-hours per day. Transportation is paid for all individuals. Candidates must meet HUD income guidelines in order to receive the HUD rent stipend. Rent is set per HUD formula but will not exceed 30% of income. Also per HUD rules, this is a nonsmoking building.
