This community is owned by Disciples Housing, Inc., a non-profit corporation, and the management agent is United Church Homes, Inc., also a non-profit corporation. Rent is 30% of your adjusted monthly income. Allowances are made for certain qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses. Rent subsidy is available through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the form of housing assistance payments under qualifications established by HUD. Applications are accepted regardless of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin. Included in the rent are the electric, water, sewer, and garbage. Residents are responsible for payment of their own telephone and cable TV service, if they desire these services.
