The Towers is non-profit to benefit residents with low, very low and extremely low incomes. Located in Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County, PA, close to the northwest border of Philadelphia, PA, and the Southampton area of Bucks County, the Towers has 175 comfortable, easy to maintain efficiency and one bedroom apartments featuring wall to wall carpets, vinyl flooring and upgraded kitchens. Each apartment is equipped with two emergency call systems to alert our 24-hour on-site non-medical staff when emergency aid is needed. Our HUD Section 8 Program covers 156 units for extremely low and very low income households. These rents are subsidized by HUD and are based on a percentage of each individual household’s adjusted income. Our 19 non-HUD Market one-bedroom units are for seniors with low income as determined each year by the United States government for our area. All our rents include electric, gas, water and sewer utilities, trash, and on-site parking. You can enjoy the peaceful, suburban setting or take a quick stroll to nearby stores and restaurants in the village of Bethayres. Great shopping is also available minutes away at the Willow Grove Park Mall and the many shopping centers along Roosevelt Boulevard. Our 14-passenger community bus makes weekly trips to nearby grocery stores, banks, and shopping centers, as well as special outings arranged by management. SEPTA 24 bus stops at our front door, and local train transportation to Center City Philadelphia and beyond is less than a half mile away. Come feel at home in our charming community.
