The typical unit design provides 1 bedroom, kitchen with a pass-through counter, refrigerator, range, and vent; a living room/dining area; and a bathroom equipped with safety rails. They also have appropriate appliances, counter and sinks, and turning radius to meet the special needs of the mobility impaired.
