Aspen Court offers 1-bedroom apartments on two levels. Special features of these air conditioned units include on-site laundry facilities, optional garden area, and convenient parking and they are within walking distance of shopping. Two of the sites also offer a playground area, a community room and an office. Several units have adaptations for people with disabilities. The rent includes water, sewer and garbage.
