Our layouts are well designed giving plenty of closet and cupboard space. Cedar Grove Apartments is a HUD insured property. Your rent will be determined by your annual household income. We have section 8 rental assistance for all of our residents. We do not charge an application or screening fee. All prospective resident applications are screened for rental history, credit, and criminal background. Deposit is based on the income of the household.
