Wheat Ridge Apartments of Tonkawa, part of four similarly named apartment communities in the Ponca City area, just a short drive south of Highway 60, offers you a beautiful and peaceful lifestyle with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and your other personal needs. In 2016 we completed a total rehab of all units which resulted in a greatly enhanced lifestyle for our residents. This rehab included all new roofs and Hardi siding. All apartments were completely re-designed to feature energy efficient heat and air systems, Energy Star refrigerators, new stoves, all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, sinks and fixtures, new carpeting and windows, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms, energy efficient windows, complete repainting plus new doors throughout. Exterior improvements included a new playground has been added including a beautiful pavilion for the enjoyment of our residents. |
