However, preference will be given to elderly and disabled applicants unless the waiting list is not large enough to support full occupancy. Rent is based on income. All units are accessible by elevators and have walk in-shower accommodations. Utilities are included in the cost of rent. This property has a laundry facility on site, electronic door system, and an indoor mailing facility. An additional pet deposit of $300.00 is required for any household wishing to have a pet, certain restrictions apply. Residents may qualify for participation in the FSS program. |
