The construction and initial rent-up was completed in 1995. The residential area has tree-lined streets and outstanding schools, close to shopping, beautiful parks and playgrounds. Levin Group, Inc. was responsible for land assemblage, negotiating with equity sources, and obtaining both construction and permanent financing. Levin Group, Inc., is the management agent for the development. The apartment complex consists of 32 two-bedroom garden apartments consisting of 961 square feet; 12 two-bedroom townhouses consisting of 991 square feet; and 28 three-bedroom townhouses consisting of 1,124-1,419 square feet. Each apartment is equipped with individual controlled and metered heating and air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, frost-free refrigerators, electric stoves, disposals, washer and dryer hook-ups in every apartment, centrally located laundry room, wired for cable. There are concrete patios or porches for each ground level apartment and wood deck balconies for upper level apartments. Ample parking is also available and includes designated handicap accessible parking spaces. There are five playground areas on the property, each surrounded by a circular concrete walk. Property was updated in 2005 with the use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Market-to-Market funds. Levin Group, Inc. was responsible for the acquisition of land financing during construction, and as managing general partner, oversaw the completion of the development and is responsible for the operations and management. |
