Each individual’s personal plan is evaluated each year to make sure they are working on reachable goals and to adjust those goals as necessary. We feel it is very important for the individual to experience a feeling of accomplishment as often as possible. The Arc employs qualified staff who provide services and support to residents in our homes and in the community.
