UTILITY ALLOWANCE – Yes. UTILITIES – Electric ‑ individually metered for each apartment- Paid by resident. A utility allowance is given to tenants to help offset the average cost of all apartments. WATER & SEPTIC – Paid by owner. TELEPHONE – Pre‑wired in apartments. CABLE TV & WiFi – Low-cost cable services. HEATING – Fuel Oil paid for by the Project with thermostats in each apartment. WATER – Hot water in each apartment is fueled by fuel oil paid for by Project. APPLIANCES – Electric range and refrigerator included. FIRE SAFETY – Smoke detector and heat detector in each unit. Emergency pull cords in each apartment. GARBAGE – Dumpster and recycling container on site. PARKING – Off‑street. One space per unit. No assigned spaces. FLOORING – Carpet and sheet vinyl. LAUNDRY – Coin‑operated washer and dryer on premises. LEASE – One Year; Require 30-day written notice necessary to vacate apartment. PETS – One pet per apartment allowed with some restrictions.
