The Apple Valley Senior Housing Corp., Inc was organized for the purpose of establishing affordable housing for persons 62 years of age and older; as well as persons with disabilities 18 or older. In 1980 the plans were completed, and the present housing was officially opened. Apple Valley Senior Housing complex consists of 30 one-bedroom apartments; three of which have been designed to accommodate persons with disabilities. These apartments are in four single-floor buildings. Each apartment at Apple Valley Senior Housing is approximately 600 square feet and has an outdoor patio access. Apple Valley Senior Housing has 30 one-bedroom apartments, with three designed and reserved to accommodate the handicapped. Each apartment is approximately 600 square feet and has interior and exterior entrances to each individual apartment. |
