Details: Apple Valley Senior Housing is an income based Senior Living facility nestled between the Adirondack Mountains and Lake Champlain, located in Peru New York. The Apple Valley Senior Housing Corp., Inc was organized for the purpose of establishing affordable housing for persons 62 years of age and older; as well as persons with disabilities 18 or older. In 1980 the plans were completed, and the present housing was officially opened. Apple Valley Senior Housing complex consists of 30 one-bedroom apartments; three of which have been designed to accommodate persons with disabilities. These apartments are in four single-floor buildings. Each apartment at Apple Valley Senior Housing is approximately 600 square feet and has an outdoor patio access. Apple Valley Senior Housing has 30 one-bedroom apartments, with three designed and reserved to accommodate the handicapped. Each apartment is approximately 600 square feet and has interior and exterior entrances to each individual apartment.
