The Village of Lowville Housing Authority owns the facility and rental subsidies are provided. Tenants pay 30% of their income for rent and utilities. The units are one bedroom and include kitchen appliances, carpeting, water, sewer, off-street parking, large yard with grounds keeping, and snow removal. A laundry room, lounge and community room are available on-site. Tenants must be income eligible and be over 62 years old or be handicapped or disabled of any age.
