Details: In 1975 Frontier Housing acquired land on West Grove Street, Dexter, New York from Raymond Smith to develop senior citizen housing. Frontier built five buildings each containing four single level apartments for a total of 20 units that consists of 1 or 2-bedroom apartments. On August 26, 1978 the project was dedicated in Memory of the family of Raymond Smith who donated the land. The Smith Hill Apartments are available for income qualified senior citizens and disabled individual(s).
