Details: MSAA Commons is a 24-unit, two story elevator building designed exclusively for the mobility impaired, opened In October of 1994. A project of the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America, MSAA Commons is a 24 unit, two story elevator building designed exclusively for the mobility impaired, and was the 2nd building in Southern New Jersey to serve the special needs of the mobility impaired population. Eligibility and Cost:MSAA Commons offers federally assisted housing for any disabled person or persons of any age. Residents must qualify under the income limits set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the occupancy policy established by the sponsor. Rent: Monthly rent is based upon the resident's income in a formula specified by HUD. Utilities: Electric, cable and telephone charges are the responsibility of the resident. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required when a resident moves in.
