This is a three-story non-smoking complex with an elevator for seniors age 62 and older. There are 38 one-bedroom units, a community room, a library, a screened sun porch, and parking. There is a laundry room on each floor as well as personal storage for each unit. Air conditioners are provided. Heat, hot water, and electric are included with the rent. These apartments are subsidized; 30% of applicant’s income would go toward rent. Applicants must be income eligible.
