Details: Houston Housing Inc. operates a low-income elderly and handicapped USDA – Rural Development facility with 48 apartments. Half of the units were built in 1976 and the remaining units were constructed in 1980. The buildings are one story brick with vinyl cables and soffits. Each of the twelve buildings consists of four 576 square foot apartments with a total of 27,648 square feet of living space. Additionally, two community/laundry rooms totaling 1,196 square feet are available for use by residents.
