Details: Welcome to Meadow View Apartments, affordable senior housing in Wyoming, Minn. Three-stories and 32 one-bedroom units, Meadow View Apartments is Housing and Urban Development (HUD) subsidized. This independent living community for income-qualified people age 62 and older, is next door to Ebenezer’s Meadows on Fairview assisted living and memory care residences — just across the road from Fairview Lakes Medical Center. Opened in 2009, the apartments feature new monitoring technology to advance maintaining good health. Meadow View Apartments are very affordable for residents who meet certain income requirements set by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). You may be eligible to live at the Meadow View Apartments if you can answer yes to all these conditions: You are a single person or family where the head of household or spouse is age 62 or older; Your annual income including interest on assets and dividends does not exceed HUD-adjusted annual limits; and You are capable of maintaining lease requirements. Under the HUD Section 8 Rental Assistance Program, residents pay 30 percent of their adjusted annual income for rent. The following are current income limits for one- and two-person households: One-person: $29,400 Two-people: $33,600 Meadow View Apartments feature: One parking space for each apartment Large community room with kitchen and adjacent screened-in porch Fireside lounge Library with a computer station for tenant use Laundry rooms on every floor Optional personal emergency-response system.
